The Headache tea blend at Deep Blue Teas alleviates headaches that come from stress, weather and allergies. It reduces inflammation, increases serotonin levels in the brain, and relaxes blood vessels which helps to prevent migraines. It works to smooth headache-related muscle spasms in the small muscles around the scalp and eyes.

High-Quality Ingredients: Feverfew, Ginger Root, Lavender Flower, Passionflower, Peppermint Leaf, Rosemary Leaf, Valerian Root, White Willow Bark

Instructions:

Put a teaspoon or more of loose leaf tea per 6-8 ounces of water into a tea bag or strainer and place in a cup

Fill the cup with hot water to a temperature of 212 degrees F (Full Boil)

Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes

Be careful not to over brew tea because it can become bitter or too strong
