✨ Refunds & Exchanges {#refunds}

At Deep Blue Teas, we want every sip to be perfect.

  • Tea Products: Unopened tea packages may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Opened teas cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Email us at deepblueteas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund.

  • Tea Accessories: Unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within 14 days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error. We recommend a trackable service.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible so your tea arrives fresh:

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: Standard USPS for tea, with optional upgraded shipping at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Contact us first for rates and restrictions.

  • Lost Packages: Contact us immediately if your package doesn’t arrive; we’ll help resolve the issue.
