Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future!

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible at deepblueteas@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return tea or accessories?
A: For safety and freshness, opened tea packages cannot be returned.

  • Unopened tea may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

  • Accessories like mugs or strainers can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Email deepblueteas@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: Do you grow your tea?
A: We do not grow our own tea. Tea, like coffee, only grows in certain regions of the world. We carefully source all teas from trusted suppliers to ensure quality, flavor, and freshness.

Q: How should I store my tea?
A: Keep tea in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odors. Seal containers tightly to maintain freshness.

Q: How long does tea stay fresh?
A: Most teas are best within 6–12 months of purchase for optimal flavor.

Q: Are your teas organic?
A: We offer a mix of organic and conventional teas. Each product description will note whether it’s certified organic.
